The Tom Smith Auditorium, seating 154, features nearby teaching rooms, which are available for classroom groups of 20 to 50. The campus is also home to Keppel Auditorium, seating 1500, and Hedrick Little Theatre, which seats 250.

Description: This 425-acre park, located eight miles southeast of Salisbury, offers a ten-acre lake for paddle boating and fishing, the Rowan Wildlife Adventures, tennis courts, picnic shelters, the Hurley Family Water Plaza, playgrounds, volleyball, horseshoes, ball fields, miniature golf, carousel, gem mining, a fresh water aquarium, and miniature train ride for children. The 70 site family campground is open all year round and includes an outdoor theater!

Eagle Point Nature Preserve

Description: A 200-acre natural area on a remote part of High Rock Lake gives visitors the opportunity to hike three miles of trails to vistas of the lake and wildlife observation points. Self-introspective nature trails, old home sites, seasonal canoe access, and fishing from the shore are also available.
