Duncan Hill Inn is located in Kannapolis NC, 5 minutes from the North Carolina Research Campus.  We have a large master suite with a private entrance, den area, private bath, wireless internet, other amenities.  We offer several different breakfast menus which can be served in your room or in our Tea Room.  Afternoon tea is served in our Tea Room at 4 pm.  We have space available to host and cater small business meetings, luncheons, club meetings,etc.  We provide a cozy and relaxing setting for your home away from home.
